Refund policy

We do not offer any refunds due to hygiene purposes. However, if you decide to cancel your order before despatch send us an email at jadeeite@gmail.com. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We do not accept exchanges at all due to hygiene reasons. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival which should not happen as all items are quality checked before shipping. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jadeeite@gmail.com and we will assist you further.
